Service Unlimited has built its reputation over time by staying consistent in how we work. We focus on doing the job right, showing up when it matters, and building relationships that last. That approach has carried through every stage of the company.
Company History
Service Unlimited was established in 1962, starting as a small office in a private residence. From the beginning, the focus was simple: deliver high-quality work and create reliable, comfortable environments for the businesses we serve.
Over time, that approach earned trust. Under the 50-year stewardship of longtime owner Carl Wolf, SUI expanded into a premier commercial HVAC partner servicing Delaware and nearby areas. While the tools and systems have evolved, the way we approach our work has remained the same.
Today, SUI enters its third generation of leadership under President Brian Martinenza and Vice President Jake Emerson. Brian brings 21 years of Master HVAC expertise, while Jake contributes 12 years with SUI, having built his career here from the ground up as a field technician. Former owner Carl Wolf continues to support SUI as a strategic consultant to guarantee a seamless transition.
Our experience now spans a wide range of commercial facilities—from older buildings that require careful updates to modern systems that demand consistent performance. In both cases, the goal is the same: apply practical solutions that hold up over time.
