Service Unlimited, Inc. completed the replacement of two cooling towers at the Christiana Hilton, upgrading an essential part of the hotel’s HVAC infrastructure. The installation featured new EVAPCO equipment and brought together the planning, rigging, and mechanical expertise needed to execute a substantial replacement within a confined equipment area. The setting presented a clear logistical challenge. Surrounded by walls, piping, and electrical equipment, the installation required carefully coordinated crane lifts and precise positioning of large tower sections. Our crew worked closely with the crane operator to guide each section into place and assemble the new towers within the available space. Attention to detail carried through from equipment placement to the mechanical connections. Integrating the replacement towers with the existing system required careful alignment and hands-on workmanship around the surrounding infrastructure.
