Fixing a Strong Negative Air Pressure Finding

Potential issue with MUA #1 serving the kitchen. There is a strong negative air pressure pull through the kitchen doors.

Found unit with no incoming power. Switched disconnect off and located the circuit breaker. Reset tripped breaker and checked unit. Ensured the blower wheel spun freely. Traced electrical wiring and found no shorts. Energized unit for testing. The blower motor was vibrating and wobbling badly. Amp draw on motor was way above specification which is likely the cause of the breaker tripping. The blower motor is faulty. Sourced a replacement blower motor and wrote up the repair. A replacement blower motor was installed.
