Installation of a 10-ton and a 27.5-ton packaged HVAC

Service Unlimited, Inc. installed a 10-ton and a 27.5-ton packaged HVAC unit to serve a warehouse where precise temperature and humidity conditions are essential to protecting the customer’s product. With a combined 37.5 tons of cooling capacity, the installation supports the environmental requirements of the storage space.

The project included outdoor equipment set on a new concrete pad, sheet metal connections through the building’s exterior, and extensive overhead ductwork throughout the warehouse. Inside, our team worked around tall storage racks, existing inventory, and building framing to install the air distribution system within the available space.

The customer maintained operations throughout the project, making communication and safety planning central to the work. Our team coordinated closely with the customer to manage work areas, lift access, and overhead installation activities around ongoing warehouse operations. Careful sequencing helped the installation progress while allowing the customer’s team to continue its daily work.
