Installed a new 80-ton split system

Service Unlimited, Inc. installed a new 80-ton split system serving the church at Immaculate Heart of Mary. The project combined a major equipment replacement, site improvements, and challenging rigging work, requiring close coordination between SUI and all subcontractors to deliver within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Outside, the condensing unit was relocated from its original location, with a new concrete equipment pad and a rerouted sidewalk to accommodate the installation. These improvements required careful sequencing with the mechanical work to prepare the new location for equipment placement and connections.

Inside, setting the new air handling unit was a significant undertaking. Large equipment sections were carefully maneuvered into the mechanical room and lifted into their stacked configuration within the constraints of the existing space. The installation required precise planning and teamwork to position the equipment and reconnect it to the church’s duct system.
Quality workmanship is evident throughout the finished installation, from the neatly arranged refrigerant piping and fitted insulation to the duct transitions and equipment connections. Each detail reflects the care our team brings to delivering a complete, professional installation.
