Boiler Repair
Found boiler with clean out cap blown apart. Furnished and installed replacement cap. Checked combustion air pressure. Inspected pilot assembly. Contacted manufacturer tech support. They suggested gas valve was opening too quickly upon start up which would cause the clean out cap to blow off. Energized boiler and observed start sequence. Gas pressure rose slowly…
